THIS LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ARCH TRAINING GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE ARCH TRAINING PRODUCT, SOFTWARE, SERVICES, AND WEBSITES (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE “SERVICES”). IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING TERMS. BY CLICKING “AGREE,” YOU ARE AGREEING THAT THESE TERMS WILL APPLY IF YOU CHOOSE TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
By using the SERVICES provided by Arch Training, you (the User) agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") which apply to the Arch Training web site located at www.archtraining.com, and all associated sites linked. The SERVICES are specifically designed for use in staff onboarding, training, and performance evaluation within your organization. The SERVICES are not intended, nor should they be used, as tools for hiring decisions, candidate evaluation, or pre-employment assessments. The SERVICES may only be used for employees who have already been hired by your organization, and you agree not to use the SERVICES to screen, assess, or otherwise evaluate individuals for hiring or pre-employment purposes. You acknowledge that the SERVICES are developed for enhancing employee skills and assessing their performance post-employment, and you accept full responsibility for ensuring the use of the SERVICES align with this stated purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including employment and anti-discrimination laws, in the use of these SERVICES provided by Arch Training. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arch Training and Leovista Technologies, LLC from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions resulting from misuse of the SERVICES contrary to the terms of this agreement. By accepting, you confirm your agreement to the terms outlined above. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from purchasing or using the training courses.
