Instructions:

Ordering and Account Access

  • New Accounts: Enter your business email address in the order and this will create a new account for you. Unique email addresses will create a new unique employer account.
  • Existing Accounts: Simply use the same email address associated with your account. This will add new seats to your existing account for you to assign trainees.

Managing Seats through the Employer Dashboard

  • Seat Assignment: Provide the trainee's email address, and they'll receive an email invitation to the assigned course.
  • Flexible Reassignment: If a trainee hasn't yet opened & started the course, employers can reassign the seat to a different email address through the dashboard.
  • Permanent, Unlimited Access: Once a trainee opens and begins the course, the seat becomes permanently linked to their email address. Trainees enjoy unlimited access to all course content and videos, allowing them continued learning.
